Availabed strives to be the efficient link between clients looking for accommodation and the suppliers of accommodation. Our process for booking our clients accommodation to fit their every need is not complex and supplies our clients with the best possible result.

The process begins with the client contacting Availabed to enquire about accommodation. Availabed then contacts the supplier to check if they have accommodation available that meets the client’s requirements. If the supplier has suitable accommodation, Availabed requests a quotation from them, which must be confirmed in writing at a later stage. It’s important to note that this is not a booking and the supplier is not obligated to book the accommodation at this stage. Availabed provides the client with multiple quotes and allows them to choose the option that best suits their needs. Once the client has chosen an option, Availabed makes the booking, and the supplier becomes obligated to reserve the accommodation. Availabed is responsible for ensuring that all necessary deposits and outstanding amounts are paid to the supplier. If the client cancels the booking or fails to adhere to the booking conditions, Availabed will cancel the booking with the supplier as soon as possible. The client will be responsible for any costs incurred according to the supplier’s cancellation policy. Any issues or inquiries related to the booking should be discussed directly with Availabed.
