Who are we?
Founded in 2005, Availabed has grown from a small accommodation booking service into a trusted travel partner serving clients across South Africa and beyond. What started with guesthouses and hotels has expanded into a full suite of travel solutions – accommodation, flights, shuttles and car hire.
We firmly believe that travel for each guest is personal, that is why we handle each enquiry as such. We do not have an online booking engine because we believe that there is a lot of factors that need to be considered when making each guest comfortable with his/her own needs.
At our core, we believe travel planning should feel simple, supported and human – and that’s exactly what we deliver every day.
For nearly two decades we’ve built relationships with suppliers nationwide, giving our clients access to various options, competitive rates, and a smoothly guided, booking experience.

There is no joining fee to work with Availabed.
Our partnerships operate on a commission-based structure, making it simple and transparent for all parties involved.
The commission is added on top of the supplier’s quoted rate, ensuring your original pricing remains intact. This allows us to manage the client relationship, coordination, and booking process on your behalf, while you focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
